Details

Hatch Date: 2025

Sex: Male

Feeding & Supplements

Flightless fruit flies

Insects are dusted regularly with calcium and multivitamins to ensure proper growth and bone health.

Temperament & Activity

Though technically nocturnal, these geckos are highly day-active and very bold. They perch openly on rocks, branches, and ledges, making them excellent display animals. Many readily accept insects from tongs.

Care Notes

Diet: Small live insects (crickets, fruit flies, tiny roaches), gut-loaded and lightly dusted 3–4x weekly with calcium and vitamins.

Enclosure: A dry, rocky-style setup works best. A 12x12x18 or larger terrarium with vertical and horizontal climbing surfaces is ideal.

Substrate: Sand/soil mix with rock or slate ledges for basking. Provide hides and visual barriers.

Lighting/Heat: Bright UVB and a daytime basking spot around 90–95°F are important. Ambient daytime temps 78–85°F, cooler at night (low 70s).

Humidity: Moderate; mist lightly once daily to provide a morning dew cycle while keeping enclosure mostly dry. Ensure strong ventilation.

Behavior: Very active during the day and highly visible compared to many geckos. Generally hardy and not delicate when properly kept.

Other Notes

All animals are healthy, alert, and feeding reliably before shipping.

Full original tails unless otherwise noted (regrown tails will be clearly mentioned).

Clear eyes, good body weight, and consistent shedding.
