Shipping policy

ANIMAL SHIPPING:

All live animals are shipped in accordance with best practices in the industry. Shipping is Monday-Wednesday hub to hub only. Each animal is shipped in a Styrofoam-insulated box with appropriate temperature control measures including heat/cool packs and cryopaks to maintain a stable internal environment. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any concerns or issues must be reported to us within 1 hour of receiving the shipment. If we are not contacted within that 1-hour window, the transaction will be considered final and responsibility for the animal transfers fully to the purchaser.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:

Live arrival insurance is available through the terms outlined on MorphMarket. This is an optional add-on and is only valid if purchased at the buyer’s expense. Obscure Tails does not cover live arrival unless the buyer has specifically requested and paid for this insurance. If you wish to include live arrival protection, please let us know during the purchasing process. It is your responsibility to read these terms and request coverage.
