TERMS OF SERVICE:

The purchaser confirms that they have adequate housing and resources to care for the reptile being purchased/acquired and will humanely keep this animal using proper husbandry. The purchaser also agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the ownership and transportation of this animal in any area in which they currently reside or may reside in the future. The purchaser affirms they have researched and confirmed that acquiring this animal does not violate any city, county, state, or federal laws. If payment is completed and it is later discovered prior to shipment that the animal is not permitted in the purchaser’s location, the animal will not be shipped and a minimum 20% (up to 100%) restocking fee will apply. Furthermore, should the purchaser no longer be able to care for the animal, they agree to prioritize the animal’s well-being by finding it a suitable, responsible new home. The animal will be housed securely in reptile-appropriate enclosures made from materials that effectively contain the animal.

Under no circumstances will the animal be released into the wild. The purchaser agrees to hold Obscure Tails and any of its agents or representatives harmless from any liability arising from ownership or acquisition of the animal. Purchaser agrees to always engage in and promote responsible exotic pet ownership.
