ANIMAL RETURN POLICY:

All animals sold by Obscure Tails are guaranteed to be accurately sexed (unless sold as unsexed), healthy, and to match any photos and/or descriptions provided prior to shipment, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. We do not guarantee temperament unless specifically stated, and we do not offer refunds due to a change of mind, unwillingness to wait for safe shipping conditions, failure to complete a payment plan (if applicable), etc. All sales are final and non-refundable. Store credit may be offered at our discretion, but should not be expected. We make every reasonable effort to provide support and guidance regarding husbandry, including suggestions and recommendations. Animals are sold in good health and capable of safely traveling via FedEx Next Day delivery. Once an animal is handed off to the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.), Obscure Tails is no longer responsible for delays, condition, or survival of the animal during transit.
